Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of placement. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order ships:
Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days.
Because some items ship directly from our partners, delivery times may vary by product and location.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States and Canada.
Delays & Lost Packages
Carriers occasionally experience delays outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact us at hello@rootedliving.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier and work toward a resolution.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If an error is caught before shipping, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it.
